Conductor, XLPE insulation, filling, PVC inner sheath, steel wire armor, PVC outer sheath

Characteristics:
Rated voltage Uo/U: 6-35 KV.
Allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductor: 90℃
Allowable temperature of cable conductor during short circuit (long duration no more than 5s): 250℃
Ambient temperature during cable laying: not less than 0℃.
The bending diameter of a multi-core cable is not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending diameter of a single-core cable is not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Differences and characteristics of N2XBY cable and N2XRY cable:
1. N2XBY fiber optic cable advantages: the sheath layer has increased the steel belt, with better resistance to pressure, effectively prevent accidental damage and rodent bite. Suitable for direct burial laying and laying through the pipe.
The allowable long-term working temperature of the conductor is 900C, and the allowable short-circuit temperature of the conductor is: 2500C (the longest duration does not exceed 5S)
2. N2XRY fiber optic cable advantages: sheath layer to add a layer of steel wire, better tensile strength, effective prevention of falling objects and rodent bite damage.
Suitable for overhead laying and vertical laying.
The allowable long-term working temperature of the conductor is 900C, and the allowable short-circuit temperature of the conductor is: 2500C (the longest duration does not exceed 5S)
Due to the complicated process of steel wire armored cable, it is generally more expensive than steel belt armored cable.
3. Compared with N2XBY cable, N2XRY cable has better water resistance and low temperature resistance, and poorer flame retardant performance. However, N2XRY cable is more environmentally friendly and will be priced higher than N2XBY because it produces less harmful effects in a fire environment.
